Photos taken on a phone, PDF attachments, and forwarded email receipts are all supported. As long as the key information — amount, vendor, date — is legible in the submitted image or document, it can extract it. Badly photographed or heavily obscured receipts are flagged for manual review.
You define the expense categories during setup. The agent then maps each submission to the closest matching category based on the vendor type and purpose. For anything ambiguous, it flags rather than guesses.
Yes. Each team member submits via the connected channel (WhatsApp or email), and the agent tracks each submission individually — who submitted, what for, and the current reimbursement status.
